Rodey’s Environment, Natural Resources, Water and Utilities practice group provides transactional, regulatory and litigation assistance to clients with properties and operations in New Mexico.
We help clients in the coal, copper, industrial minerals, oil and gas, potash, precious metals, uranium, water, water utility, and electric generation, transmission and distribution businesses with acquisitions, leasing, sales, exploration, development, operations, leasing, permitting and planning and have extensive experience in negotiating and drafting natural resources contracts and leases and representing landowners in lease and contract negotiations.
