Mr. Koller is a director in the Albuquerque office. He practices in the Litigation Department with a particular interest in handling the defense of products liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, property damage and workers’ compensation actions. Mr. Koller also enjoys analyzing and handling insurance bad faith and coverage issues. He is a member of the firm’s Product/General Liability practice group, Coverage/Bad Faith practice group, and he serves on the firm’s Associates Committee.
Mr. Koller has tried numerous cases in state court, federal court and the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration. He also has handled appeals in both the state and federal appellate courts.
