Practice Areas
Tyler Cuff is a Director in the Albuquerque office. He is a member of the Litigation Department where he practices in the areas of products and general liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage/bad faith and commercial litigation. Mr. Cuff has represented a broad spectrum of clients in products liability and class action matters, breach of warranty claims, wrongful death claims, tort and personal injury claims, medical malpractice claims, professional liability claims, breach of contract claims and other areas of civil litigation. Mr. Cuff has represented clients in both jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. In addition, he has represented clients before various administrative tribunals.
Mr. Cuff is an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law where he teaches a practicum course on Civil Procedure to first, second and third year law students.
Mr. Cuff has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell peer rating. In addition, he is listed in Best Lawyers in America for his experience and expertise in the areas of product liability litigation-defendants and personal injury litigation-defendants. He has also earned the designation of “Rising Star” in the 2014-2020 and 2022 editions of Southwest Super Lawyers for his experience and expertise in Personal Injury Defense. In 2021, Mr. Cuff was included in Albuquerque Business First’s 40 Under Forty List of New Mexico’s most dynamic, successful and community-minded young business leaders.
