Practice Areas
Mr. Croasdell is a Director in the Albuquerque office and a member of the Products/General Liability practice group. Having litigated jury and non-jury cases at all levels of state and federal courts in New Mexico, he has significant trial experience as part of his current practice in the Products Liability, Aviation, Medical Device, General Litigation and Civil Rights areas. Following law school, Mr. Croasdell clerked for Chief Justice Richard E. Ransom of the New Mexico Supreme Court, and he is authorized to practice in all New Mexico courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Croasdell is a frequent presenter at CLE’s both in New Mexico and outside the state. He also is active in his community as a church leader, youth coach and scout leader.
Mr. Croasdell has been an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law since 2012. Mr. Croasdell teaches a practicum course on Civil Procedure to first-year law students. Beginning with the spring semester of 2018, Mr. Croasdell will teach an expanded version of this course to third-year law students.
Mr. Croasdell has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating and he is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for his expertise in product liability litigation-defendants, personal injury litigation-defendants, mass tort/class actions-defendants, transportation law, aviation law, and medical malpractice law-defendants.
