Nelson Franse

Mr. Franse is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a director in the Rodey Law Firm, and the Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, practicing with a particular interest in professional malpractice defense, medical malpractice defense, product liability, personal injury defense, entertainment and sports law.

During law school, he was the University of New Mexico representative to the American Bar Association – Law Student Division 1985-1987, and an honor student.

Mr. Franse has jury trial experience in both the state and federal courts. He has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating.
